My critical interdisciplinary studies allow me to explore how gender and cultural identity play a role in the way users experience technology.

Work Experience

UX Researcher at JP Morgan Chase 

(2021 – Present)

Creating and leading the first employee experience program for the cxLoyalty UX team to measure team performance and satisfaction
 
Acts as the lead researcher for a series of benchmark usability tests for the company’s unreleased product for multiple product lines which allows for continual testing and impact tracking in the future
 
Completed a study incorporating usability testing and agent interviews to uncover customer pain points for a self-service booking platform and recommended design solutions for increased adoption and customer satisfaction
 
Completed a series of benchmark usability tests for agent view enhancements of our travel platform
 
Partners with designers, engineers and product managers on product research and presents research findings and recommendations in a written report and visual deck to relevant executives and stakeholders
